Technology Licensing
Sparkle Optics licensing program enables laser manufacturers to design, manufacture and sell high-power laser products based on Sparkle Optics’
Proprietary Rotary Disk Laser Modules.
Licesing Program is broken down into stages:
- Evaluation Stage: Six month license and one rotary disk laser module
- Pre-production Stage: Monthly license and as many rotary disk modules as needed
- Product in the Market: License fee per unit

Rotary Disk Module
A rotary disk module is like an Intel or AMD microprocessor for a computer.
It generates laser gain without thermal, parasitics and mode-area limitations.
A manufacturer would typically install the rotary disk module in a resonator and add other components such as a Q-switch, a mode-locker, nonlinear
optical crystals and laser controller and package it in their chassis to make a high power laser tailored for their application.
Sparkle Optics supplies the Rotary Disk Modules under the license agreement.
Technology Training
Sparkle Optics offers training to licensees in building high-power diffraction-limited Lasers of any pulse format and any wavelength from UV to
infrared using the Rotary Disk Module.
